When KINNECT provides an outcome (aka final result) for the Pre-Employment Assessment, the outcome is based upon the information we have at hand. Sometimes there is additional information about the requirements and risks of the candidate's job role that may change the outcome.
KINNECT is able to re-consider an outcome, should the employer provide additional information about the job requirements and risks.
Should you have a set of results that you would like KINNECT to reconsider, please speak with our Pre-Employment Results Department about having these re-reviewed by a KINNECT Doctor in combination with the additional information you would like to supply.
