Understanding our Email Updates

How to prioritise the email updates KINNECT sends

Updated over a week ago

At KINNECT, we understand the importance of clear and concise communication. To enhance the efficiency of our email communication with clients, we have implemented a standardised subject line structure. This structure is designed to help you easily identify the nature of the email and its level of importance at a glance. The following subject line formats have been established:

ACTION REQUIRED:

- Use: When there is a task or action that requires attention or completion by you.

- Example: SUBJECT: ACTION REQUIRED - Complete Health Assessment Questionnaire by [Date]

REFERRAL UPDATE:

- Use: Indicates an update on a referral, and no direct response is needed from you.

- Example: SUBJECT: REFERRAL UPDATE - Progress on Your Occupational Health Assessment

APPROVAL REQUIRED:

- Use: When your approval is necessary for a specific process or decision.

- Example: SUBJECT: APPROVAL REQUIRED - Proposed Health and Safety Plan for Your Team

REQUEST CLOSED (CARELEVER MONITOR ONLY):

- Use: Informs you that a previously requested action or test item has been canceled due to a lack of response.

- Example: SUBJECT: REQUEST CLOSED - Action Item: [Description]

REFERRAL CLOSED (CARELEVER SCREEN ONLY):

- Use: Notifies you that a referral has been closed or canceled due to a lack of response.

- Example: SUBJECT: REFERRAL CLOSED - Occupational Therapy Referral Update

This standardised subject line structure is designed to enhance communication clarity and facilitate quicker identification of the purpose of each email.
