When viewing company referrals in Carelever, it is possible that you will come across an error message such as the one below:
This unauthorised access error message may appear when you attempt to view a referral you have not created.
Within Carelever, there are two different access levels:
Restricted Access - access is restricted to referrals you have imported into the portal
Full Access - access is unrestricted and includes all referrals in the portal
