How to View Monitor Referral Comparative Insights

Comparative Insights provides enhanced monitoring for specific health metrics, such as Audiometry and Spirometry, alongside the overall outcomes of full medical assessments. This added layer of detail brings significant value by identifying underlying health trends that may not impact a worker’s overall fitness status today but could pose future risks if unaddressed.

To view an employee’s Comparative Insights trends, simply locate an employee’s Carelever Monitor file and open the Comparative Insights tab:

You will see a live summary of all completed Audiometry and Spirometry assessments, regardless of what Monitoring Program they were completed in. Click “View” next to the relevant category to view the entries:

This log will display all individual assessments and the date of completion. Click “Actions” and “View” on any of the entries to access the data evaluation:

A new window with the isolated Audiometry or Spirometry results from the assessment will open. From here, you will see a component specific outcome that is using all previously completed assessment’s data to calculate.
