When a QLD Minerals Mines & Quarries Respirable Cystalline Silica Medical is completed, it is a legislative requirement that the results are also sent to the Senior Site Executive (SSE).
While previously many of our clients have sent this information on the SSE themselves, we've changed our processes for collecting this information and will now be automatically sending this information on your behalf.
How it works
Importing a new referral
When you import a new referral (in Monitor or Screen) you'll be asked to input the SSE details upfront. You'll need to enter:
First name
Last name
Email
Mobile Number
Once you've done this, the SSE will automatically be added to the relationship card. This means the SSE will automatically receive the results when available.
Please note, if your company uses the same contact on multiple referrals, this will ‘save’ the details so you won't need to enter them every time.
Adding to an existing referral
If you have a pre-existing referral and you adding a new screening item, you'll be asked to enter the SSE details upfront you choose 'Respiratory Crystalline Silica Medical - Qld Mines & Quarries'.
You'll need to enter:
First name
Last name
Email
Mobile Number
What if the worker works in more than one location?
When you are making your referral and you tick the box 'This worker will be working across multiple sites', we will only send results to the SSE that you've listed. This contact should be for the worker's main site. You are responsible for sending results on to the SSE for any additional site locations.
Important things to know:
You cannot edit the contact through the referral. if you need to change the details for the SSE, you will need to contact us via live chat to do this.
