KINNECT Self Booking Portal

How to create a new Pre-Employment referral and coordinate a self-booked assessment via our online booking feature.

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new Pre-Employment referral and managing a self-booked assessment using your Carelever dashboard at our KINNECT offices.


Step 1.

Access your Carelever Screen Dashboard.

Step 2.

Open Carelever Screen and click Add Booking in the top right corner.

Step 3.

Complete Page 1 of the referral process with your applicants details. Ensure you add your applicants date of birth otherwise you will not be able to schedule your self booked assessment.

Step 4.

Complete Page 2 of the referral process. The top half is the contact details for your applicant and the bottom half is how you would like us to contact your company.

Step 5.

Complete Page 3 of the referral process with the assessments you require and any other assessment applicable details (please note only certain Screening Items will allow you to progress through to the self booking portal).

Step 6.

Complete Page 4 of the referral process, select the suburb of the applicant and select the 'KINNECT' office you would like to self book at. You will then select yes you ‘Would you like to book the appointment in a ‘live’ calendar?’

Step 7.

You will then be redirected to the self booking portal where you can select the date and then the time of the appointment and then confirm and submit your booking details.

Step 8.

The final step in the self booking process is to finalise the online booking by clicking Confirm & Book!

Step 9.

You will then be redirected to the active referral that you have just created where you will be able to see your scheduled assessments.
