If you're an employer or organisation seeking to book a Queensland Coal Mine Workers Health Assessment (CMWHS) with KINNECT, follow these steps to initiate and manage the process effectively:
Step 1: Initiate a Health Assessment
Log in to your organization's account within the ResHealth Portal.
Initiate the Health Assessment for the worker who requires the CMWHS.
Make a note of the Health Assessment (HA) number generated during this process, as you will need it for the next steps.
Step 2: Lodge a Request in Carelever
If the CMWHS is for a pre-employment candidate, use Carelever Screen to lodge the request for the assessment.
If the CMWHS is for an existing employee, use Carelever Monitor to lodge the request.
If your organisation doesn't hold a Carelever account (i.e. credit account) with KINNECT, you can place your order via our online pre-paid portal here.
Step 3: Complete the Employer Form
Within Carelever, you will be prompted to complete an employer form.
Provide the worker's HA number that you noted in Step 1.
Specify the Appointed Medical Advisor (AMA) you selected in the ResHealth Portal.
Step 4: Confirmation of Appointments
After you've initiated the request and provided the necessary information, KINNECT will take over from here.
KINNECT will liaise with the worker to confirm their appointment(s) for the CMWHS.
Step 5: Completion of Health Assessment Report
Once the worker's appointments have all been completed, KINNECT's Appointed Medical Advisor (AMA) will proceed to complete the Health Assessment Report.
You will receive a copy of the report directly from ResHealth via email.
It's essential to follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process when booking a Queensland Coal Mine Workers Health Assessment (CMWHS) with KINNECT.
