How to cancel an existing appointment in Carelever if you do not have a Carelever Portal login

To cancel an appointment, simply click the below button and complete the required details. Once the appointment has been cancelled, our team will confirm this with you via an email.

Please note appointments cancelled/rescheduled may incur additional fees as per KINNECT's Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

To cancel an appointment, you will be required to fill in the Candidate's Name, Carelever ID# and reason for cancellation.
