Once an appointment has been scheduled, you can directly cancel a candidate’s appointment within Carelever Screen.
Step 1: In the candidate’s file, look for CANCEL APPOINTMENT on the Quick Action Toolbar.
Step 2: A 'Cancel Appointment' popup window will appear.
Step 3: Find the appointment you wish to Cancel. Select Cancel.
Step 4: Finally, provide an Additional Note with your reason for cancellation and select CANCEL APPOINTMENT to confirm the Cancellation.
Please note:
After you’ve done this you and the candidate will receive a confirmation that the appointment has been cancelled.
If multiple appointments have been scheduled, you will need to repeat Steps 3-4 for all the appointments you wish to cancel.
Please note appointments cancelled/rescheduled may incur additional fees as per KINNECT's Cancellation Policy (or as per your organisation's Service Level Agreement).
