Cancel an appointment in a candidate's Carelever Screen file with Carelever Access

How to cancel an applicant’s appointment once an appointment has been scheduled when you have access to the Carelever Portal

Once an appointment has been scheduled, you can directly cancel a candidate’s appointment within Carelever Screen.

Step 1: In the candidate’s file, look for CANCEL APPOINTMENT on the Quick Action Toolbar.

Step 2: A 'Cancel Appointment' popup window will appear.

Step 3: Find the appointment you wish to Cancel. Select Cancel.

Step 4: Finally, provide an Additional Note with your reason for cancellation and select CANCEL APPOINTMENT to confirm the Cancellation.

Please note:

  • After you’ve done this you and the candidate will receive a confirmation that the appointment has been cancelled.

  • If multiple appointments have been scheduled, you will need to repeat Steps 3-4 for all the appointments you wish to cancel.

  • Please note appointments cancelled/rescheduled may incur additional fees as per KINNECT's Cancellation Policy (or as per your organisation's Service Level Agreement).
