Locating the Individual's Profile:
1. Initiate the Search
Begin by navigating to the search bar found in the Carelever Screen or Monitor interface.
Type the name of the candidate or employee whose email address needs updating. Press 'Enter' or click the search icon to proceed.
Accessing the Profile:
2. Select the Relevant Profile
After the search results appear, identify and click on the profile of the candidate or employee whose email address you intend to modify.
Editing the Email Address:
3. Find the Edit Option
Within the individual's profile, direct your attention to the top left-hand corner where their name is displayed.
Below their name, you will find an "Edit" button. Click this button to enable editing mode.
4. Update the Email Address
In the editing mode, the fields containing personal details become editable.
Locate the field designated for the email address. Here, input the new or corrected email address.
Saving the Updated Information:
5. Finalise the Changes
After updating the email address, take a moment to review and confirm its accuracy.
Conclude the process by clicking the "Save" button.
