How to change the DOB once a referral has been created

Locating the Individual's Profile:

1. Initiate the Search

  • Begin by navigating to the search bar found in the Carelever Screen or Monitor interface.

  • Type the name of the candidate or employee whose email address needs updating. Press 'Enter' or click the search icon to proceed.

Accessing the Profile:

2. Select the Relevant Profile

  • After the search results appear, identify and click on the profile of the candidate or employee whose email address you intend to modify.

Editing the Email Address:

3. Find the Edit Option

  • Within the individual's profile, direct your attention to the top left-hand corner where their name is displayed.

  • Below their name, you will find an "Edit" button. Click this button to enable editing mode.

4. Update the Email Address

  • In the editing mode, the fields containing personal details become editable.

  • Locate the field designated for the email address. Here, input the new or corrected email address.

Saving the Updated Information:

5. Finalise the Changes

  • After updating the email address, take a moment to review and confirm its accuracy.

  • Conclude the process by clicking the "Save" button.

Following these steps will effectively update the email address of a candidate or employee in the Carelever Screen or Monitor system.
