How to change an individual's email address once a referral has been created

  1. Search for the Individual's Name:

    • Navigate to the search bar located in the Carelever Screen or Monitor.

    • Enter the name of the candidate or employee you wish to update and hit 'Enter' or click on the search icon.

  2. Open the Individual's File:

    • Once the search results populate, find and click on the file corresponding to the candidate or employee whose name you want to edit.

  3. Access the Edit Function:

    • Inside the individual's file, locate the top left-hand corner where their name is displayed.

    • Look for the "Edit" button underneath their name. Click on it to initiate the editing mode.

  4. Modify the Name:

    • After clicking the "Edit" button, the fields containing the person's details will become editable.

    • Find the field specifically for the email address and update it with the corrected or desired email address.

  5. Save the Changes:

    • Once you have made the necessary changes to the email address, review to ensure accuracy.

    • Click the "Save" button.

These steps should enable you to easily update the candidate or employee's email address within Carelever Screen or Monitor.
