Search for the Individual's Name:
Navigate to the search bar located in the Carelever Screen or Monitor.
Enter the name of the candidate or employee you wish to update and hit 'Enter' or click on the search icon.
Open the Individual's File:
Once the search results populate, find and click on the file corresponding to the candidate or employee whose name you want to edit.
Access the Edit Function:
Inside the individual's file, locate the top left-hand corner where their name is displayed.
Look for the "Edit" button underneath their name. Click on it to initiate the editing mode.
Modify the Name:
After clicking the "Edit" button, the fields containing the person's details will become editable.
Find the field specifically for the email address and update it with the corrected or desired email address.
Save the Changes:
Once you have made the necessary changes to the email address, review to ensure accuracy.
Click the "Save" button.
These steps should enable you to easily update the candidate or employee's email address within Carelever Screen or Monitor.
