Once a referral has been made, a file will be created for your candidate in Carelever Screen timing every stage of the pre-employment journey.

In the STATUS BAR, you can see what stage a candidate is at (whether they are awaiting availability, awaiting appointment, awaiting results etc). Stages that are completed will show a green tick. Stages yet to be completed will display a red cross.

How to See What Stage a Candidate is at.

Step 1: On your Dashboard, click on the Candidate that you wish to view.

Step 2: Check the Status Bar so you can see what stage that candidate is at.

How to See How Much Time Has Elapsed Overall

Step 1: Choose KPI on your menu. This will show the time taken for each stage and total time elapsed.
