Once a referral has been made, all activities relating to that candidate will be recorded in Carelever Screen. All Communication (calls, emails, texts) can be viewed and accessed in the History. All Workflow Activity can be viewed in the Logs.
Here's how to access the History and Logs tabs in your candidate's Carelever Screen file.
How to Access the History
Step 1: On your Dashboard, click or search for the Candidate that you wish to view.
Step 2: Under History, you can see all the Communications.
Step 3: Use the coloured buttons to filter the history into emails, messages or notes to help you find what you're looking for. Alternatively you can enter a date range or communication type to filter further.
How to Access the Logs
Step 1: On your Dashboard, click or search for the Candidate that you wish to view.
Step 2: Under Logs you can see all the activities in the Workflow.
Step 3: If you want to search for a particular type of activity enter a search term in the box on the right-hand side. You can also filter by entering a particular date range.

Remember you can also add your own notes to the referral using the 'Add Notes' button!
