Once a referral has been made, you can add notes to a candidate’s file easily via your Quick Action Toolbar. These can be seen by people that have access to the file,
How to Add a Note
Step 1: On your Dashboard, click or search for the Candidate that you wish to view.
Step 2: Click on the 'Add History Note' on the Quick Action Toolbar (look for the pencil icon!).
Step 3. The Add Notes pop-up will appear.
Step 4. Enter a Subject for your Note. Make sure this is clear and easy to understand in case you need to search for it later.
Step 5. You can type your note or copy and paste the information in the Content box. You can also add a picture using the Picture Icon.
Step 6. Click on the green ‘Save Note’ button to confirm.
