In this article we will step you through how you can upload attachments to an employee's health monitoring file.
How to Add an Attachment
Step 1:
On your Dashboard, click or search for the Employee that you wish to view.
Step 2:
On the Quick Action Toolbar, click on the Add Attachments Icon.
OR
Navigate to the Documents Tab and select the 'Add' button.
Step 3:
The Add Attachment pop-up will appear.
Step 4: Enter an appropriate Classification for your Attachment. The most common types of attachments are listed. If what you’re attaching isn’t on the list, click other and enter a title.
Step 5: Upload the File Attachment (Maximum file size is 25MB).
Step 6: You can add Additional Notes relating to the attachment in the final box.
Step 7: Click the ‘Add Attachment’ button in green to confirm.
