It's very simple for you to add notes to an employee's health monitoring file in Carelever Monitor. These notes can be seen by people that have access to the file.
Step 1: On your Dashboard, click or search for the Employee that you wish to view.
Add a Note via the Quick Action Toolbar
Step 2: Click on the Pencil Icon 'Add Note' on the Quick Action Tool Bar. It will turn blue when you hover over it.
OR Add a Note via the Histories Tab
Step 2: Click on the Pencil Icon 'Add Note' on the Quick Action Tool Bar. It will turn blue when you hover over it.
Step 3: The Add Notes pop-up will appear.
Step 4: Enter a Subject for your Note. We recommend you ensure this is clear and easy to understand in case you need to search for it later.
Step 5: You can type your note or copy and paste the information in the Content box.
Step 6: Finally, click on the blue ‘Save ’ button to confirm. Your new note will then appear in the History.
