All activities relating to an employee's health monitoring file will be recorded in Carelever Monitor. Every Workflow Activity and all Communications (calls, emails, texts) can be viewed and accessed in the Activities log.
You can access the log through the LOGS tab.
How to Access the LOG
Step 1:
On your Dashboard, click or search for the Employee that you wish to view.
Step 2:
Under the Logs Tab, you can see all the Workflow Activities and Communications.
Step 3:
You can also filter the Activities and Communications by entering a particular date range. If you want to search for a particular type of activity enter a search term in the box on the right-hand side.
