How to upload an Applicant's ID

This article explains how you can upload identify documents for an applicant before their assessment.

You and your candidates can now upload Identity documents prior to an assessment.

  • Employers and candidates are able to pre-load the identification details in advance of an assessment.

  • Depending on the type of documents provided, you simply enter the ID type, the relevant personal information and upload image/s of the document.

  • Candidates will be given the opportunity to provide their ID online prior to assessment.

  • Identify documents will still need to be provided during the assessment and the physical documents will be verified in clinic.

How this looks on Carelever :

To upload ID to a referral, look in the personal details and you’ll see ID: UPLOAD.

Click Upload to enter the ID information.

The Referral Identification pop-up will appear:

You can then:

  • Select the ID Type

  • Enter the Identification Number and other details

  • Upload an Image/s (one or more, depending on the ID type provided).

  • Click Add Identification

  • Save Changes

The ID details you enter will be physically checked during the assessment to ensure that the details match. In the case of anomalies (like differences in DOB, or names) will be recorded and made available to you.
