The Candidate Self-Booking feature in Carelever Screen gives candidates the power to book their appointments online at KINNECT clinics in a few simple steps.

This feature is only available when a KINNECT clinic is selected as the preferred assessment location. If a candidate needs to book an appointment at an Affiliate Partner clinic, they will need to indicate their availability and a KINNECT team member will schedule the appointment as per our existing process.

  • Real-Time Appointment Availability: Appointments can be booked and confirmed immediately, eliminating the need to wait for manual scheduling to be completed.

How to Make a Booking

Step 1: Confirm Personal Details

Candidates must review their name, date of birth, and sex assigned at birth to ensure they match their ID documentation.

Step 2: Upload Photo ID

Candidates must upload a clear photo of a valid ID (e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport) to support the verification process.

Step 3: Select a Clinic & Book

After entering their postcode or suburb, the candidate will be shown the nearest KINNECT clinics with live appointment availability. They can then:

  • Choose their preferred location

  • Select an appointment time that suits them

  • View screening details and confirm the booking
