When an employee changes roles they may no longer need to be monitored for all programs they were previously enrolled in. This article will talk you through the simple steps to remove a particular program or multiple programs from the employee's Monitoring Program.
Step 1:
Find and open the file for the employee. Each monitoring program they are enrolled in will be detailed in the centre of the screen under the Overview.
Step 2:
Find the Health Monitoring Program that you wish to change. Click the Action icon to the right and select Cease Monitoring.
Step 3:
A pop-up screen will appear. Check the details to ensure they are correct. At this point, you can include an Additional Note as to the reason that monitoring is being stopped (for instance, they have changed roles).
Step 4:
Then select the red button, Cease Monitoring, to confirm.
Once you've done this, the Status of the Monitoring program will say changed to 'Ceased' and change to grey if you look at the employee's file.
Tip: If you need to stop multiple programs, ensure you repeat Steps 2-4 for each program that you wish to remove.
