As with any transition to a new system, there will be a few employees that get caught up in the change. Why? Their CMWHS may have been requested in Carelever but because ResHealth is mandatory from 01 April, their HA may need to be completed in ResHealth.
We will be working with you to identify the few employees that might be in this situation, and will be dealing with them on a case by case basis.
