If you have already sent your worker/candidate their HA Access email, but they can't find it, or have accidentally deleted it, you can easily re-send it. Simply follow these three steps.
STEP 1
Within the ResHealth platform, click on the Health Assessment Management tab to left of your screen.
STEP 2
Use the tab highlighted in green to filter all your HAs or use the search function to find the worker you are looking for.
STEP 3
When you've found the worker, click on the Chevron and different options will appear.
Select 'Resend HA access email to worker'.
The access email will then be issued to the worker.
