How to check the status of results in Carelever

If you are a recruiter, we know keeping on top of the results of your pre-employment medicals is crucial. We try to make this as easy as possible for you in Carelever.

Step 1

Your Carelever Screen dashboard will enable you to easily view all active referrals in your company. To access the Dashboard, simply click the blue Carelever Screen button at the top of your page. Alternatively, click on the Dashboard Icon on your left hand menu.

Step 2

The right hand side of your dashboard will show the referrals where we are still processing results (in blue), and referrals that are complete (in green).

Click Results Available (the green box) and you can view or download the PDF results, straight to your desktop.

Step 3

You can again sort the list by clicking on any of the column headers, which now includes referrer details. Depending on your access level, you may only be able to see the referrals you have imported via the portal.

To search for the results of a specific referral or group of referrals, you can also click on Advanced Search and enter specific information to help you find the result you need. You can refine your search in a variety of ways, including what stage the booking is in or what screening items have been requested!

Step 4

Once you have found the referral you are looking for, clicking on their name will take you to the referral profile. The profile is your one stop shop for referral information! For example, you can view what was requested in Screening, all appointment details in Appointments (including rescheduled/unattended appointments), who is listed as contacts/relationships on the referral and download/view all available results as well!

Step 5

To view the Results, click Results so the card appears. You can quickly view the outcome of the assessment/s. You can also view any relevant attachments relating to the referral.

Step 6

Finally, the histories of the referral are a great way for you to stay up to date with how a referral is tracking as this will show you a chronological log of all actions - from import to sending of results! Histories will show all emails, SMS, milestones (stage progressions) and internal notes for the referral so you will always know where it is at. You can filter this by contact type by turning the colourful buttons on/off and even add your own notes through “Client Notes.” This will send an email to the team, so they are aware and be recorded in histories too!
