To help answer this question, let's run you through a quick overview of how our booking process works.
Step 1 - Your potential employer will lodge a request with us for your Pre-Employment Medical
Step 2 - You will receive an SMS and email asking you to confirm your details, upload your ID and submit your location and availability for your appointment
Step 3 - We will then go about scheduling everything required for your Pre-Employment Medical with the relevant clinic/s
Step 4 - Once all scheduled, we will then send you a SMS and email with all the important details about your Appointment and Medical
How long does all this take?
Typically it takes anywhere between 1 - 4 business days for the appointment to be scheduled. The more complex your Pre-Employment Medical is or the more remote the location, the longer it can take.
When should I follow up with KINNECT about my appointment?
We kindly ask that you allow us up to 4 business days before making contact. If we are having any difficulties with scheduling your appointment, we will reach back out to you to discuss alternative options.
